Discover our exciting evenings programme, included in your conference registration fee! While the events are included in your registration, we may have to limit the attendance to the Gala dinner. Therefore, we will allocate entrance based on a first-come, first-served approach – don’t forget to indicate at registration time your choice of taking part in the Gala dinner.

On Tuesday evening, the welcome reception will be held at the Stockholm City Hall, which is also the venue of the Nobel Prize Banquet.
Conference buses between the conference venue and the Stockholm City hall will take you to the reception and bring you back.

Wednesday 25/11/2009 – 19:00 to 21:00
On Wednesday evening, the conference centre will host the demonstration evening, with 15 different teams displaying the latest advances in services science and applications. Held from 19:00 to 21:00 pm, this demonstration evening provides you with the ideal opportunity to discover the latest innovations and share your experience with different teams. Sandwiches and drinks will be served during the evening.
Thursday 26/11/2009 – 20:00
On Thursday evening, the Gala dinner will take place at the Vasa Museum. This prestigious museum holds the world’s only surviving 17th-century ship and one of the foremost tourist sights in the world.
Conference buses between the conference venue and the Vasa Museum will take you to the Gala dinner and bring you back.
