Conference attendees benefit from a reduced rate at the hotels listed above. Please note that you first need to register and pay for the conference, and your confirmation email will provide you with the required booking code to book directly the hotel of your choice.

StayAt Hotel Apartments, located in Kista, close to the conferenc, offers spacious apartments with fully equipped kitchenettes. The hotel has a sauna/relax department, laundry room and free internet connection (not wireless).
Price for participants: 1020 SEK/single room and 1220 SEK /double room.

First Hotel Amanten, located in Stockholm City (Kungsholmen) next door to the metro which connects Stockholm City to Kista. (The travel takes 16 minutes). The hotel offers a fitness studio and wellness spa complete with sauna and indoor pool. All rooms have free wireless/WLAN Internet access.
Price: 1467 SEK/night.

Nordique Sea Hotel, located next door to the Central Railway Station in Stockholm City. The hotel offers mini gym and sauna, and free internet connections in the rooms. Metro from the central station to Kist (without transfers) takes 20 minutes.

November 24-27 2250 SEK/night.

Memory hotel, luxury five star hotel located in Kista, close to the conference site and the Kista Galleria with shopping, restaurants and movie theatres.  The hotel offers high speed internet in rooms and public areas, a recreation department with sauna, solarium and a small pool.
Price per night: 1.400 SEK.

IBIS Kista hotel is an average budget hotel located 2 kilometers from the conference site. Internet connections are available in the rooms.
